Day 20 - August 4

Today was our last day in London and the Scouts elected to visit the London Eye as their first destination of the day. The view was absolutely breathtaking and allowed them some downtime to take it all in.

That rest was quickly forgotten as soon as they discovered the nearby Shrek Experience attraction. It's interesting watching the inner 'child' leap our of teenagers in an instant. All of the Scouts simply HAD TO get tickets and that turned into a dual-visit to the London Dungeon as well.

Not to be outdone by our steps from the day earlier, we continued to explore the city and take in some of the amazing sights.

The Scouts wanted to cap off their trip with a visit to London's famed Hard Rock cafe and we were delighted to be able to get a last-minute table. When the live performance began, they couldn't help themselves and wound up dancing so enthusiastically, that some of the band came down from the stage and joined in with them while continuing to play.
