Day 16 - July 31

Today’s main activity was the Loch Ness boat trip and tour of Urquhart Castle on the loch. We were dropped off at the Jacobite Cruises departure point, then left on the Jacobite Warrior for a 30 minute cruise down Loch Ness to Urquhart Castle.

After finishing at the castle, we boarded a bus for our return to Inverness. After a quick lunch, we stopped by St. Andrews Cathedral and the overlook for Inverness Castle. The evening was a melee of takeout Chinese food and early bedtime as everyone was feeling the 2+ weeks of travel a bit.
